2011 Nominated For Best Home Renovation By BILD!

To make the front door more prominent, an extended, stylish porch was erected. Natural stone was applied for texture and beauty. Copper fascia, new eaves, and a cornice return were added to the gable. To highlight the new windows, precast mouldings were inserted. The bay windows received copper sheathing and the roof was given new shingles. Attractive, beautiful, lower-wall stonework completed the grandeur!

BEFORE: This family home shows partial re-facing completed with new windows on the front for a richer, more striking appearance in keeping with a larger property. Some of the work on the windows, such as the copper roofing, has been finished here. Care was taken to preserve the interior trim-work.

AFTER: A year later; front porch addition. Glamorous, colourful stonework has been added on three sides to accent the home visually. A new, extended portico was added to emphasize the main door entrance area and to give it shelter, prominence and impact.
