Under the umbrella of the Samuel Sotoadeh Group, RS Homes - residential custom home building - and LSI Engineering - our commercial division - were founded. As proud followers of the BILD code of ethics, planning our projects to support communities and the environment, we began by building luxury custom homes and long lasting client relationships.

RS Homes is recognized for the spectacular showplace home: 320 Falconwood Hollow in Aurora, selected as the Princess Margaret Foundation’s Grand Prize, “First- Life Style Home Award of the Year, 2006”.

We have executed diverse, internationally acclaimed projects like the residential 10-storey high-rise development at Bayview and Sheppard in Toronto, and an 18-unit townhouse project nearby called Villa Hermosa. We built, as project management, the Times Square Plaza in Richmond Hill and project-engineered the 15-storey residential high-rise development called Commerce Gate. From modern medical and dental offices to cathedrals, from luxury home building here in Toronto to special projects abroad in New Jersey, California, and Venezuela, as custom home builders, and commercial space builders, we are sought after around the globe. Constantly innovative as pioneers, our specialized know-how was utilized in the manufacture of 120 thousand kitchen cabinets in Beijing and Tianjin, China.
